Panama Pure Inspiration tropicale

Pure Inspiration tropicale

When Christopher Columbus touched down here in 1503, he was chased away by the local Indians. These days, with its dramatic landscape, stunning attractions and variety of activities, Panama is a very welcoming place - it is now home to a few good eco-friendly lodges, and was chosen as the setting for some of the action in Quantum of Solace, the Bond-film starring Daniel Craig. The most luminous, bonkers-bright hotel, right on the water's edge on Panama's Caribbean coast. There's a main house where everyone eats, then accommodation is in rustic little huts dotted around the jungly-green grounds (rustic, but with Smeg fridges). Art and colour abounds, from neon-pink lilos in the pool to gaily-painted artefacts. So amazing we did a fashion shoot there.
